This is to bring to your kind notice that i jatin tyagi s/o
Mr. Virendra Kumar Tyagi R/O-317/221, W.K.Road, Near Co-operative
Bank, Meerut (UP)-250001 made a booking of studio appartment in AMR
Infrastructures Ltd's project AMR I-Homes, Greater Noida (UP) in the
name of my uncle Mr. Moolraj singh & My Father Mr. Virendra Kumar tyagi
on 29th Apr'2009 at 26, 1st Floor, Pusa Road, Adjoining Karol Bagh Metro
station, New Delhi- with the advice of Mr. Atul Gupta, Mrs Kusum Sachdeva
& Mr. Vikas Gupta.
The above named persons were all present at the above adderess &
convinced me to buy the property. You all told me that studio
appartment is of 390 sqft & i have to give Rs.12, 09, 000 @ of 3100 per
sqft. Also the appartment will be ready for possesion on or before May
2011 (Mentioned in MOU). The booking no. given to me is KIVIH/0115.
I agreed to make the half payment at that time & rest half at the time
of possesion of the flat. You all told me to issue one cheque in favour
of AMR Infrastructures Ltd.(Amount-Rs.466050) & another cheque in
favour of I Homes Interior (Amount- Rs.132600). You people agreed to
give me assured return on the Amount of Rs.466050 & told that Amount
of Rs.132600 will be interest free as this will be used by you to do
interiors of the flat.
Now after almost two and a half year when i visited the site to see
the construction, it was the same plot which i saw at the time of
booking & no construction for AMR I-Homes is started.
I contacted the AMR Infrastructures Ltd. Office at 2425/11, Gurudwara
Road, Opp. HDFC Bank, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005 on 19th oct' where
i met Mr. Naman Gulati & informed that Construction is not started
yet. When i ask him to refund the Booking Amount, the reply was that AMR
Infrastructures Ltd has only recieved amount of Rs.466050 from us and
rest amount of Rs.132600 is not recieved by them. So only Rs.466050 can
be refunded to us.
But as i have given the whole payment and i have receipts of both
Rs.466050 & Rs.132600 with me issued from AMR Infrastructures Ltd. Also
i have bank statement with me showing all the transactions of I-Home
interiors & AMR Infrastructures Ltd.
I request all you concerned people to refund my total money as you are
not starting the construction of this project. It is your liability to
refund my payment with interest.
I expect a firm reply from all you gentlemen regarding this otherwise
i have to take legal action.
Will look forward for your earliest response.
