AndhraPradesh Housing Board-Lakshmiguda-MIG house
Abnormal increas of house as per their will and pleasure with out consulting consumers

Sir, I applied for MIG house in responce of Andhra Pradesh Housing Board, with Rs 10000 deposite in 2004.In 2009 APHB allotted me MIG house for Tentitive cost of Rs.469300/-Asper instructions of APHB I paid full amount. But surprisingly recently I received letter from APHB that My allotted house construction completed 100%, further they fixed and increased my house cost Rs.785000/-with out counceling face to face or atleast by phone. Further intheir letter they mentioned that i have to pay the balance amount (final fixed cost Rs.785000-Intial tentetive cost Rs.469300) then only they handing over the house.

Please suggest me, what i should fallow.
