Return of booking amount

I booked a house no. vo122 inansal sushant city, meerut with chequeno.478117 of Rs.125000/-payable at sbi dadri dated15/02.On15/03 i sent areg.post letter to company to give me following document so icould apply for home loan in SBI.1.NO Mortage certificate of land 2.incombrance certificate of land. But the company did not respond me.so on 17/05/ 2010 I request the company t0 canceal my allotment and return my amount, i.e.one lak twenty five thousand rupees. But company did not care. AGAIN on 08/11 I requested them to return my amount.but till date company did not return my deposit amount. Sir the company did not give me proper service according to consumer right. so plz help me in returning my booking amount.
