Harassment by the builder: Unnecessary Interest charge by the builderSubject: Posession of flat in Apex Royal castle
I have purchased a flat in Apex Royal castle and I have paid the entire amount as per the allotment agreement which was construction linked. At the time of possession builder (Apex Buildcon: Director: Satnam Singh, Sandeep Batra) is demanding the interest saying your plan was not contruction linked and you were supposed to pay the amount with in 90 days of booking. Builder is not giving the possession and saying pay the interest when actually nothing is due from me.
Pls advise.
