I have purchased bsnl 3g usb data card on 01-02 mfg date:2010.09, hardware version: v1.0, software version: lw272 v1.0, imei no.:980069007905655 and s|n:442002575138.The usb data card disconnected automatically within 5 minutes and the speed is too slow about 25 kbps.so i request you to solve this problem within a manageable days or replace my data card or return my money back. If you do not take any action then i will take legal action against you. And loudge a complain in consumer forum against the bsnl authority and as well as the datacard vendor teracom. i am a cbi inspector in hyderabad sultanbazar office, koti. Please take a necessity action on the above sated matter and stop cheating customer in this way.
