Deactivating

Dear Sir/Madam

I am bsnl costumer vide phone no. 04027540226 .One fine morning somebody called and forced me to activate online games which are completely free and after one month i recieved bsnl bill adding Rs 200/- towards GAMES ON DEMAND which i never demanded. This complete episode is looking like cheating the people by keeping them in confusion. Even i am unable to deactivate/unscribe due to their careless guidance.

I want to deactive /unscribe immediately
