Dear Concern,
This is to inform you that I had claimed for the PF withdrawal in the month of May. When I check for the status through the URL: http://www.epfindia.com/ It shows that my forms have been submitted (By Company) on 4th Aug. When I did not receive the amount in 4 months time I registered grievance through http://www.epfigms.gov.in/ on 30th Nov for which the Registration number is RCHEN/E/08968.PFA the documents for the same.
But still the amount is not yet credited to my account. Please look into this as I am getting into deep deep trouble as I have loans to payback and I don’t have access money. I hope you will understand my situation and do the necessary arrangements so that I get the amount credited to my account asap.
