DEAR SIR,
I had paid to Panchwati Holiday Resorts Limited for Club Parikramas Membership Agreement where in as per the agreement I am supposed to get booking of RCI hotel against payment of utility charges only.
However on rigorous followup they are claiming excessive higher charges for the services.
I have asked for booking of RCI hotel at Manali from 30 DEC'11 to 2 JAN. They giving me booking at Sterling White Mist (after followup from the month of July'11) at a very high rates of Rs 2475/ day where as the utility charges of Serling Resort at Manali is only Rs 575/day for Normal rooms and Rs 600/day for Apartments.
After paying so huge amount for the membership to Panchwati now they are depriving me from the terms of membership. Due to this I am getting mentally disturbed, frustrated and my family life is also getting disturbed.
You will understand for a mere salaried person it is very big pain as I have already payed them a hefty amount against their commitment/agreement and now feeling like my hard earned money is wasted on false agreement.
