Tried to trade in two games previously purchased at the game stop in Venice Fl. and went through about a 15 min ordeal needing my drivers lic, occupation (retired) and color of hair and eyes.also weight, and my phone number was asked four or five times while the assistant tried filling out some convoluted forms. meanwhile I'm trying to purchase another game (used and worth less than the total of both games to trade in).
After giving my view of what I thought to be a rather Draconian and drawn out process to simply trade in two games the "manager" said he didn't have to take our business. And I totally agreed! and took my two games back. he also kept our personal information, saying that "he would have to call the sheriff office if we took it"..BS.(our personal information he can scam us with. hmmmm...)
