Leakage of bath room and latrine water from upper floo

I Shree S.S.Panda a senior citizen living in Flt.no.602-Aratijyot, Khadak Pada, Po.-Kalyan, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra. This Flt.belongs to my son a Defence personal. I look after the maintanence of the said Flt. We have a leakage problem on our ceiling of bathroom cum latrine and latrine from the bathroom cum latrine and latrine of Flt.above our Flt. Inspite of repeated complain no action has been taken by the owner or society. Pl.advise how to go ahead on this.
