I wish to draw your kind attention towards our genuine problem and hope for immediate solution.
There is one Atta Chakki recently installed in the residential area adjoining our house at 15, Samman Bazar, Bhogal, Jangpura, New Delhi-110014. Since its installation there is un-bearable noise from the Atta Chakki while in operation resulting in headache, disturbance in study and other inconvenience. This apart, vibration is also there while the Atta Chakki is in operation. The shop keeper runs the Atta Chakki from 9 AM to 9 PM regularly through out the week without any holiday which is not permission as per the existing rules of the Shops and Establishment Act of Govt. of Delhi. We requested the shop keeper several times to set right the Atta Chakki to avoid inconvenience to the neighbour but in vain.
We humbly request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to shift the Atta Chakki from the existing place.
