The borewell drilling started at 6:00 am, today on Sunday Jan 30 at my neighbours newly constructed residence. The noise of the borewell drilling inside the earths surface is extremely deafening to the ear. On s Sunday when people in the area need some sound sleep, the noise has awakened everyone in the neighbourhood. This is against freedom and rights our country is supposingly giving us. When asked the neighbours why they have started so early, they say CMC, Bommanahalli has given permisson to start at 6:00 am. Doesnt CMC have the sense to give permission after 8:00 am at least. If they have actually given permission to start early, they are showing grave injustice to the ressidents by demonstrting such acts. Even if people wake up it is not good for the ears to have such loud deafening noises early in the morning. Moreove this is is regular affair with CMC giving permissions conviniently. Also because of this there are water availabilty issues after granting borewell permissions at will. Kindly look into this.
