Dear Sir,
Sub: Drainage Complaint at Banjawadi, Karwan, Hyderabad.
We are residing at Banjawadi, Karwan, Hyderabad, at 13-6-839/1/B/48, and neighbors. On 5th December, we gave a complaint about the Drainage cleaning at our area.
In our location, drainage lanes are frequently blocked near to the manholes, and we have seen no such action has been taken by the authorities to resolve this issue.
Because of the result, there is no free flow, for sewage coming from domestic line to the main drainage line. The sewage water is now continuously sinking and spreading into the ground level and also spreading surrounding areas, because of the reason the ground water is getting polluted badly.
We do not have the proper drinking water supply for our area, and we are compelled to use the polluted water for our daily usage and in result, we are facing the skin diseases, and also causing other health problems.
We are also experiencing the bad smell, which is coming from the manhole, this is polluting the environment.
We have repeatedly taken this matter to our nearest HMWS&SB office and also I have called several times to Mr. T. Srinivas, M (E) on his mobile No: 09032000513, but we have not seen any action taken on this.
I also called Mr. P. Ravi, GM (E) on his mobile No: 9032000814 at least to get a solutions for our problem from his end. In-spite of repeated calls and SMS s to him, we have not seen any action taken on this. We lost our hopes and surprised how such designated person will ignore any of the complaint without any action.
I humbly request you to take this matter as urgent and help us to live in healthy environment.
I also sincerely request you to take the proper steps to address this issue permanently.
