At ECC Club, ECC Flats, Kadma - Noise pollution generates by use of loudspeakers whole day, DJ at late night & It creates a growing threat to psychology and well-being of the society. Whenever that happens, nobody is able to sleep in his own home; nobody has enough peace and quiet to accomplish anything. it amounts to noise pollution and it should be stopped. When unwanted sound created, disturbs the environment.
Secondly, the open space in front of ECC CLUB is being illegally let out for functions which also use loud speakers and creating the same problems as above. apart from that, it is also allowing us of spot lights which remain on in the late hours after 10.00 pm.
I personally observed many times over there in Club that from morning to evening Tentwalas and other people use to play music with loudspeakers for their own entertainment and timepass purpose (no celebration going on). Parties and celebration starts normally from 7 pm, till that This immatured, vulgar, and nonsense people make us suffer for whole day.
Employee works in shift always. Our spouses have to go school early morning, having test, exams, and other extra activities. Our parents and other old people also have to suffer from. This Noise pollution disturbs our health and behavior in a number of ways including deafness causing lack of sleep, irritability, indigestion, heartburn, high blood pressure, ulcers, and heart disease to the residents in the vicinity. If this is prolonged or frequent, the physiological disturbances become chronic and contribute to mental illness. Increased noise levels gives rise to a lack of concentration and accuracy at work, and reduce one’s productivity and performance. Difficult tasks can be impaired, and instructions or warnings difficult to be heard and interpreted, Causing Accidents.
They creating noise in the name of music. The noise makers and the culture vultures also invoked the name of democracy to register their protests. It was strongly moved that the Noise makers must understand that the rights of an individual ended if it interfered with the rights of another individual, who just wanted to spend his time in peace.
Why people don't understand, I don't know.
We beg you to do something to Prohibit speakers and other noises like late night barat ceremony with fire crackers and band bajas. (It's been trend), especially by legal means or social pressure.
