I totally agree .being an ex employee there activities all mostl fake.the expenses shown on paper are not even one fifth of actual sum spent on poor ..the balance sheet is fudged at the year end with false receipts..asking employees to give pan nos.of relatives... i was appointed without a proper j.d. and they wanted me do directors personal work every now and then like arranging tickets for his kids etc... they mostly participate in other ngo's programmes and claim it to be thiers in website and other forums... the scholl which they call GYAN KIRAN-1&2 does not exist ..it only was functional for 10 months but it is still shown as operational..i bet ther is no third party which can prove daily presence of kids..they are thirsty of recognition on false grounds by getting pics of director etc clicked with dignatories to boast and misguide others.in short its a mean money making machine by exploiting others... They claim to do environmental workshops for schools but they do not have any proffessionally qualified staff to do it..instead they hire from outside and make margin in between... a big example is as goes... A program called organic colors was organised at SUSWAGATAM appt. in Noida in which they claimed that poor kids (living in huts near their old office b-23 ii floor sec-65 noida) had prepared them..and sold it to the appt. residents..although they bought it from mkt. at low price and made margin in that... shameful... poor kids got only 50/ each... imagine the dirt & filth in all this... the story is endless..
Now why I'm sayin all this... coz they did not pay my salary..imagine a director of ngo..opening office in residential house..with no arrangement of potable water..electricity backup (6 hours of power cut) asking a pregnant lady to bear with this nuisance as if he's doing it all for charity... when asked for salary said he had funfd problem ..plz bear ..but later did not pay it..on top of the height of stupidity ..wants me to give my resignation and no dues letter in advance so that he can CONSIDER paying my salary... God save poor if this is how an ngo works...
