Sub: Request for removal of unauthorized parking of heavy commercial vehicle in our Colony which is becoming a public nuisance causing hardship to the residents.
Hon’ble Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that, we are the residents of Block 2 of Subash Nagar area in West Delhi. This is to inform you that we have been facing serious hardship because of unauthorized parking for heavy commercial vehicles owned by two building material suppliers residing in our locality. The details of the two persons are given as annexure with this application. That the above mentioned persons have forcefully occupied the ground in our locality at Ram Lila ground adjacent to Arya Samaj Mandir, near post office in front of Ram Lila Stage which has made the life of the local residents miserable. Photographs for the commercial vehicles parked are annexed herewith this application for your kind perusal.
That the above mentioned persons frequently use these huge trucks for the purpose of transporting their building material which makes the road within the colony very dangerous for the local residents and children. That many times the residents tried to talk to these persons but they being threatened the local residents with dire consequences and told them that they along with their drivers and helpers are able to take on anyone who dare to speak against them. That the local residents filed a complaint with the local police station also but police also did not took any action against these people for the reasons best known to the local police only.
That the above named persons have been using this ground by their own without taking any permission from any concerned authority, the act of these people has become nuisance for all the residents of Subash Nagar. The drivers, cleaners and the laborers of these persons create non-social environment which is not safe for the children and female residents. The drivers and cleaners of these parked vehicles play cards in broad day light and the consume liquor day and night. That frequent movement of these heavy vehicles at night creates disturbance for the local residents.
That the Ram Lila ground was meant for the use of local residents for organizing cultural programs and local get-together but such unauthorised parking and movement of heavy vehicles inside the colony and in the Ram Lila ground is a serious threat to the peaceful living of the local residents and their children it is therefore prayed that immediate action should be taken against the above named persons to make them remove this illegal / unauthorised parking of commercial vehicles. It is further requested that necessary directions may be issued to the concerned authorities to take appropriate action as per law against these persons so that the nuisance created by them is removed from the locality so that the originality is restored for making the colony beautiful and habitant as per the norms.
