Drainage block

We are residing in Dhamodara perumal colony II lane, Red Hills Road, Vth st, Villivakkam, Chennai-49. In this colony atleast once in 2 to 3 months drainage block comes and drainage water overflow throughout the colony and stagnates causing bad smell and health problems frequently. Everytime complaints are given and the sewage board staff come to attend after 3/4 days only after several reminders. Whenever it is asked to give docket or complaimt number the staff say there is no such thing is done. When requested to speak to the concerned AE the standard reply is "AE has not come. Speak later." This problem has started only after the construction of several flats, where the existing drainage line which was catering to only one or two families earlier now catering to six to eight flats. The situation may be thoroughly checked on top priority basis and proper permanent solution may be brought please.
