The Jt Registrar-Co_op Hsg Societies, located at CBD Belapur had acted in an act of favouring certain parties. The Managing Committee of Hill Crest CHS did not execute a mandatory indemnity bond and was expelled by the Dy Registrar Co-Op Hsg Soc, Thane. On an appeal filed by the affected Mg Comm members, the Jt Registrar, Co-Op Hsg Soc. acted in haste and in a partial manner. He did not give a hearing to all affected parties and decided to reinstate the Mg Comm, ignoring the non-execution of the mandatory indemnity bond.

This is a clear case of violation of Co-Op Hsg Soc rules.`
