New drains are being built along Goyla Road near Shyam Vihar Phase-II. The work is still in progress. But the Septic Tank owners of the area are emptying their tanks in the half built drains. Since there is no check on these people the area is stinking. MCD may restrict these arrogant people by use of force i.e.by getting help from the police as these persons are always ready to fight if somebody objects to their misdeed. If this process continues some day some epidemic disease may spread. This requires immediate action from MCD.
