Dirty place in residential area

Hi,

My Name is amit and i am living at H-85 nangloi delhi 110041.i have already submit a written request to mcd before regarding a unauthorized milk dairy located in adhyapak nagar.your mcd people came to inspect but somehow that dairy owner already knowing that the mcd people will be coming so he shifted there all the cow from there. now the situation is syill the same just because of this dairy all the citizen of adhyapak nagar.

So it a request please do the needful.
