The complaint is on a very sensitive issue created due to lack of education, irresponsible behaviour, false dreams and power of real estate developers.
NOISE POLLUTION :
A small area masjid in Santacruz east in golibar area has positioned and directed its speaker disturbing a Hindu area instead of the area of it's own community. The hindu society in the area has old and senior citizens and students. The provacative volume crosses beyond the required decibal many a times which is intolerable for ill, higher tension and diabetic patients around. There is hospital is the area too. The sound is provocative for an educated zone. There are 2 masjid in one area at walkable time distances of 3 minutes. This new masjid was constructed by a developer Shivalik Ventures in a redevelopment project scheme which is currently active in Santacruz east, Golibar rd. He has illegally constructed the masjid against the wall of the constructed SRA building to save space and before he could acquire more permissions and sign up with the surrounding societies, he had build this to safe guard his position in the area. There have been many registered and unregistered complaints made to Nirmal Nagar Police station against his acts since his entry into the area. Even activists such as media patkar have voiced against him. Due to his supportive power by the political parties he was only blacklisted when the CM had been thrown out of the seats, his position also had weakened. He had to fight with the defense ministry to take permission many years after developing the project. He supports these uneducated civilians in the area who find it powerful to act as uncivilized goons or controlling bodies in the area. From the BMC, POLICE STN, HE HAS POWER EVERY WHERE... AT A POINT EVEN TIMES OF INDIA ARTICLE WAS STOPPED FROM PRINTING AT THE INITIAL LEVEL OF ACTIONS TAKEN AGAINST HIM. THE JOURNALIST THEMSELVES AT THAT POINT KNEW IT WAS A ILLEGAL SITE before he changed the plans with power and had started the whole scheme breaking all development rules. TO OUR SURPRISE THE LOCATION OF THE MASJID HAD A SAIBABA TEMPLE AND THE MASJID WAS SOMEWHERE ELSE.
THE BUILDER HAS BROKEN ALL THE ARCHITECTURAL AND DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES AND REWORKED ON THEM GRADUALLY WITH THE HELP OF POWERFUL PARTIES AND INVESTED PARTY FUNDS BY TOP RANKING OFFICIALS.
I FEEL AFTER ADARSH CASE THIS COULD BE ONE OF THE BIGGEST SCHEMES WHICH WILL UNFOLD MANY NAMES. THE POLITICAL PARTIES FROM CONGRESS TO SHIV SENA TO BJP EVERYBODY HAS A SHARE in ONE OF THE BIGGEST SRA SCHEME PROJECTS, THE IDEA IS TO GAIN MAXIMUM VALUE BY BUILDING TOWERS CONNECTING THE W.E HIGHWAY. THE PROJECT STARTS FROM KHAR SUBWAY AND GOES TILL BANDRA TERMINUS COVERING THE ENTIRE HIGHWAY. IT'S A VERY LONG TERM PLAN.
THE SPEAKER SHOULD BE AT THE HEIGHT WHERE IT DOES NOT HIT THE EARS OF THE PEOPLE LIVING IN THE AREA AND DISTURBING SPACE. The Constructed SRA floor level for the muslim communinity is 7 floors compared to ground level plots of the other societies of hindu community on its left and right side. The speaker is placed at the 1st floor facing the blocked lane. There is no space for the sound to travel freely and hits the walls which are hardly 15feet away and travels louder creating echo in a smaller area instead of giving it a free movement not making it harsh as it sounds. THE MASJID HAS A 3 floor structure connected to the wall of the SRA BUILDING. IT ALSO HAS COVERED AND CLOSED one of THE 2 Windows OF THE FIRE EXIT WHICH ARE USUALLY Connect 2 ends of the passage of each floor of a SRA BUILDINGS. There were no registered papers of the masjid 6 months ago when a powerful local had voiced at the doors of the masjid.
An azaan is a musical sound to the ear and as Mumbailkars we have lived with it due to the spaces were very open and the noise did not echo and disturb are days. Even the Muslim nations such as UAE don't have loud provacative lectures to educate people about Islam so much, as much I have heard in an educated zone such as ours.
The voice is hoarse unclear and just a scream, I tried to educate myself to understand what he was speaking, I wonder how much it is actually heard and what does it do to the people its targetted to. The energy is to feel blessed. I have nothing against masjid but the uneducated people who disturb the societies balance for their own benefits and power, is intolerable.
Platforms such as Satyamev JAYATE are the next step to bring it in media. As bodies to help the rights of civilians or the consumer, it's my request to take it under consideration.

I WANT THE SPEAKER TO BE SHIFTED TO THE 7th or 14th floor terrace of the buildings of the community directing towards the highway, which will reduce the noisy part, so the people at lower levels can not have more stress. If you can do this it will not only maintain respect for a civil rights body in the minds of the civilians but also not almoney educated people be used by power to build such stress in the society around. It's been done as the builder wanted the people of the Hindu society to get frustrated and leave or sell their plots so he could acquire the oldest society area gaining profits.
THIS IS A CASE OF HARRASSMENT BY POWER USING DIPLOMATIC SKILLS AND CREATING SOCIAL TENSIONS. IT'S NOT A SENSITIVE ISSUE AS IT SOUNDS, AS MANY HAVE VOICED MANY ISSUES AS AN EDUCATED CIVILIAN RIGHTFULLY IN THIS AREA. BUT POWER AND BRIBE FAILS ALL OUR EFFORTS.

I JUST WISH YOU COULD HELP SO THIS BECOMES AN EDUCATION FOR THE PEOPLE WHO TAKE SUCH LAWS IN THEIR HANDS AND SUPPORT FOR OUR OLD FAMILIES AND EDUCATING KIDS WHO WISH TO BE GLOBAL CITIZENS AND MOVE UP IN STANDARDS.
