Noise Pollution - Kumbabishegam Held at Ponniamman Temple, Madipakkam
Noise pollution due to Kumbabishegam function held in temple

Hi,

A Kumbaabishegam function is being held in 'Ponniamman Temple' located at Madipakkam, Chennai. There are loud speakers tied to almost every post lamp from Balaiya Gardens to UTI bank bus stops. The noise arising due to the loud speakers is too high (loud) and it disturbs the pedestrians as well as the residents in the surrounding area. The noise does not stop even for a single second (24 hours). Due to this we are unable to sleep during nights and carry our work peacefully during the day time. This is continuing for two days. I request you to take immediate action and put a stop to this loud noise.

Thanks,

Shirley
