Dear Sir,
I am the resident of Bldg Ashok Niwas at Navroji Hill Road, Sandhurst Road Railway Station, Dongri, Mumbai, 400009.
The compound of the building, which is supposed to be for the residents of the building is given on rent to more than two dozen of sabji or fruit sellers.
They make too much noise, till late in the night, disturbing children in sleep and causing tremendous noise during the day, effecting childrens studying in the house, specially during these exam times. They play lound music, talk loudly, block the door with vehicles, making it difficult to go in and out of the house.
They use the toilet in the building, without cleaning, so the chawl is alway full of urin and toilet smell. Can't open the other door too, due to strong urin and toilet smell. Despite telling many times, they sleep near the window and door, leaving no privacy in the house.
Youngsters from the building and outside stand near the window or in front of the door, shouting and swearing, making very lound and abusive phone calls, some times just in one feet distance from the one and only open window.
Some youngsters gather in the building compound and drink and shout very abusively.
To avoid this, we have closed many windows, now the remaining windows are also getting blocked, causing terrible suffocation, heat and darkness in the house. 24 hours exhaust fan and lights are pulling heavy electric bills, and life is becoming difficult in this situation.
Please help us to come out of this living hell, please help us and our children to get the fresh air, sun light and some privacy.
