I have seen bribing in passport office. the person who checks the application and give the reciept to the citizen, is taking bribe and making their work. If anybody asks, he is shouting at them. He is such a stupid not thinking that other citizens were waiting for hours and hours. Such a idiots and rascals should be hanged out. Our India will not do that because its is India. When king is completely bribed why not others?
