as i have already complained to you about pooja enterprises being run in our locality by ashok dang s/o bansilal.
recently i read the
The Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules
where it is mentioned in the rule 3 (5) that:
(5) An area comprising not less than 100 metres around hospitals, educational institutions and courts may be declared as silence area/zone for the purpose of these rules.
and no sort of noise can be produced in the silence zone
in our locality we have dav school which is govt. recognized and is just 20-30 metres away form the factory or noise producing workshop of pooja enterprises.
plz tell me what i can i do about it and how i can use the above mentioned rules in my favor.
to which authority i should complain.
is it neccessary that the school management should support me in my application or sign my application and only than i can complain against it.
pls guide me after going through the rules that are a part of the envrionment protection act 1986
