Over phone your representative insulted our General Manager also..She said a lot of people used to say that they are
from PSU.She said " your General Manager have to come over there to meet her to discuss the issue..(The talk on 14.12.2009 evening).
How a person is trained llike this to talk with officials without knowing who they are and i which position they hold..
How M/s TCS appointed such employees without phone etiquettes to talk with people ..
