Forms had been submitted but PF is not received

My name is Ex. SubedarArvind Kumar Patel I worked as a supervisor in Reliance Mini Fuel Depot under NISA Security Service. I had submitted the forms but still PF is not received by the NISA Security Service. My PF No. MH34/22540, BHO No.468.So I kindly request to you that please action on my complain and give my PF faster as possible because i need money.
