I am a very old and regular customer from Bata. At present there is a complaint in bata shoe.
I bough a shoe with cash memo no. 04-11-08/0134 from Bata shoe store, Lajpatnagar, New Delhi on 04th Nov'08 in 999 Rs. I used these shoe occationally only I think approximate 10-15 times. few days back I noticed that the upper part of leather is chipping off, these are not any scratch etc but this is a complaint in the shoe. today I ring on phone to the lajpat nagar shop and talk to Mr. Rajesh about my problem but he is saying that the guarantee is only till 75 dyas and because of less usage the shoe got damage, this can not be replaced, I disappointed to heard this but you can see the shoe condition and can judge that the condition is okay but the leather is chipping off, also the price sticker is still there, by this you can check the shoe is only used occanally. Please sort out my problem and confirm where I can show the condition of the shoe to bata execuive.

As per the information provided by you after all discussions and considerations Since the purchase was made more than 14 months back which is beyond our statutory replacement policy.
The policy guidelines covering the replacement are as under:
Up to 15th day - 100% replacement
16th to 30th day - 75% replacement
31st to 60th Day - 50% replacement
61st till 75th Day - 25% replacement
Hence we would not be able to provide replacement for your shoes.
