Late delivery of LPG

I booked LPG connection no 12448 dated on 8.2.2011 at 13.43 hrs. We did not get till dated 18.2.2011 at 13.10 hrs. We are not satisfied with the services. The agency always failure to supply the LPG to the consumers.
