I Dr. Gurudas Chatterjee of 2, Dwarika Nath Ghosh Lane, Flat- D/5, Chetla, Kolkata 700027, have my account with Balaram Distributor (Distributor of Bharat Gas in New Alipore) vide Consumer No. 595.But today I came to know that without giving me any prior information, this agency has issued a stop order against my Consumer No.595 and also refused to take any booking from me for supplying the gas cylinder. I am a retired Doctor and also a senior citizen. But still I am being deprived of this emergency service and the agency is intentionally doing this to me. Please look into this matter on urgent basis and do the needful as early as possible cosidering my state of mind.
