I booked my gas cylinder, Consumer no.- T3315 on 26/08 and has not received the cylinder yet. I requested National Gas Service, Hisar many times to deliver the cylinder at my residence, but of no avail. The telephone number of the gas agency is 01662-243529 and 01662-243530. My mobile number is 919813484421.
Your gas agency does not pick the calls of the consumer. Very rarely we get a chance when we get connected to your phone numbers. I suppose this is a deliberate attempt by the gas agency. This is a harassment to the consumer.
