I have been purchasing bharat gas from one of their distributor - Gajanan Gas services... distirbutor code 251846
i had booked my gas around 15th december with them... i was not there at home and hence the gas person had to go back (they sent the gas in a week)... i called them and they promised to send again
i finally got my gas on 10th Jan... after repeated calls to them
I tried booking my gas on 18th Jan... as my gas was over due to late delivery... they refuse to take the booking saying that i have just got my gas cylinder and i cannot book so soon
the gas was delivered late due to their mistake not mine... the personal refuse to take my booking and said that i can go ahead abnd complaint if i want to
i want to know what sort of rules a big company like bharat gas sets ahead for their distributor who have no fear of ant complaints '
i dont think my complanit would be addressed to...
but this is not expected from a company like bharat gas where im paying royally fior my services
