BHARAT GAS LPG CYLINDER

Dear Sir,

The EXCEL Gas Agency at Jui Nagar have been constantly harassing sr. Citizens for two yrs. Delivery is in three weeks. Each time we book on phone we are given docket number, but the receipt bears a different docket no. We have brought this to the notice of the delivery man as well as at thane office. Now, for the past two turns he brings the cylinder sans receipt. The excuse given by the delivery man is that they informed me Telephonically. Today we have kept the cylinder and informed the Jui Nagar as well as Thane office that payment will be made when proper Receipt is provided, and thane have agreed. If we don't have a receipt and lets say tomorrow if there's a leakage how do we justify that the cylinder was supplied by the agency. The main problem is with the distribution centre and not the delivery man. I have visited recently Jui Nagar centre but the shutters were down. Getting refills is nuisance. Kindly take Early remedial action. Thanking you.
