Worst Shopping Mall

Last evening after a tiring day I decided to go to Big Bazaar in Malad west, as a departmental store has all things in one place and this would save my time. I reached that place at 7 pm - i shopped till 8.15 pm and came to the cash counter. On reaching the counter I was told that there is some problem with their systems and so they are not able to accept card payment. They requested me to wait for sometime. Which I willingly did. My trolley was kept with the casher. After 1/2 an hour i asked the casher that i cannot wait for longer to give my trolley and I would take only those things which i need the most so that I can make cash payment and leave. I was shocked when the told me that the housekeeping person had come and taken my shopping ever.

I had really lost it for the following reasons:-

1. If the system was not working there should be announcements about it. On my persistent complaint then there were announcements made about it.

2. The cashier whose responsibility was it to keep a hold on my good just so coldly, without an apology says that the goods i have shopped for more than an hour was just taken away.

3. The manager was very cold towards me.

My entire evening was waisted by this without any apology from any staff. The most pathetic experience i have had
