Hi, i would like to register complaint against BIG BAZAAR STORE (WEST GATE MALL, SHIVAJI PLACE, RAJOURI GARDEN, NEW DELHI-27). we bought some goods like soap, shampoo, biscuits and all from this big bazaar store on 10-12. we bought a pack of six soaps (VIVEL SOAP) on which the offer was six soaps for Rs.99 only. Its printed on the cover of the soap that 6 sopas are for Rs.99 only. but in the billing they have charged Rs.132 for the soaps pack of six. we didn't check that time as other customers were waiting in the queue to get their billing done..so in a hurry we just payed the bill.its later we checked at home that they have charged wrong.i just wanna bring into the notice that this is totally not acceptable. its like you are fooling your customers just because they do the billing process in a hurry that doesn't mean they gonna charge high than the actual price. during the billing process the cashiers were chatting on useless stuff instead of concentrating on their work. i am totally hurt by this nonsense..i will never buy any goods now from these places and will ask my other relatives and friends to do the same as these people just fool their customers and know how to loot the customers well.i want you to look into this matter and take some action as soon as possible..i have the bill with me as a proof..and so is the soap packet..
