I bought an AC from Big bazaar, Vasant Kunj Ambience mall store they sent me old model whereas while selling they said they have latest model. I sent back AC to them and cancelled the deal as they couldn't provide me the product I wanted. On cancelling the order they said cheque would come to us by post from Mumbai. But now its been 2 weeks no call or cheque has been provided by Big Bazaar yet. I have spoken to big bazaar floor manager and he is not bale to provide me with any details and just saying cheque will be processed from Mumbai
