Home delivery not receieved even after 24 hours

I have purchased house hold items from big bazar on 01/05 at 13:30 hours.

I have ordered for home delivery for the same as total bill amount exceeded Rs.3, 000.00

Yet now (02.05. 15:15 hours) i have not receieved my purchased house hold items, though the tot for delivery of the same was displaed on boards was 24 hours.

I am continously calling on ph no 0651-3052031, but phone is continiously responding engage.

Order no: 4814, dt: 01.05. purchase time 13:30 hours (approx).

Kindly look into the matter and arrage for earliest delivery of the same.
