HANGS CONTINOUSLY., CANT SEND SMS, CHARGING PROBLEM

Dear Sir,

My self RAJESH MULCHANDANI, I purchased Fly Mobile (B 430) From DIGILOG NASIK ON 27/06 NASIK. But after 2 days i saw problem in my handset (Network Problem) ALONG WITH IT GETTING HANGED CONTINOUSLY I already gave my mobile at Custmer Care at NASSIK (SER WINGS ENTERPRISES _on 5/7/10

Actually this handset and the company was suggested to me by your dealer so i went for it

I request you to please give me other new handset.

.Kindly note the same & do the needfull in the matter.
