I had purchased 20 liters of Servo engine oil (15:20 W) for DG (Generator) from Indian Oil Petrol Pump, Civil township, Rourkela in the month of April in which I found one Scarch Voucher. When I searched the voucher I found the amount written Rs 75/-. when i contact the retailer various time he refused to pay the scarch voucher amount Rs 75/-, by such deeds the retailer of Rourkela cheated me, with a false assurance we will pay the scarch voucher amount Rs. 75/-.
