A few groceries were purchased by me on 25th July from a Subhiksha store on IGNOU Road, New Delhi. This included a pack of Promise anti cavity tooth paste also. Marked price on the pack is Rs.50/- but they charged Rs.53/-Also they wrote a product name which was not purchased by me and which was not on the shelves even. (Dabur promise gel).
I have not used the product till now and am wondering how to get redressal. The bill number is 3457 and the time is 6.22.
