Changing post paid plan 725 to 525 from January month'12

As myself is in out of Siliguri city, want to change my BSNL post paid plan from 725 to 525 from the month of January'12 onwards against the mobile no.9434031575.Now this no is available in my Siliguri residence.

Please do the needfull in this week, so that 525 plan may be activated from 1st January'12 onwards in my mobile.
