To the concerned,
I hold a Split AC of Carrier company purchased in the name of MR.D.L.Pandey. As per process there are 3 free maintainence service free, however, non of the after sales service officails called me for the same. The servicing was done only ONCE.
I had logged a complain on 29th of April for a leakage issue and i am unattended till 3rd May. There is the worst level of service a company can give. The customer service guys do not know the techincian to whom the case is forwarded and when will he attend the customer's complain. I fail to understand the need for a service unit when the basic question of the customer is not heared.
I would never in my life recomend A Carrier Product to my close once.
