I am not sure whome to blame. Harsha Electronics, Mangalore or the Company 'whirlpool' itself. This is the second experience with whirlpool product. First a washing machine a few years back. The machine started having problems at the end of first year itself and they have a pathetic service. The technicians know nothing about the product.
Recent bad experience with Harsha. Has bought home appliaces (Fridge, TV, Mixie) worth Rs. 1 Lakh. The fridge stopped working abbruptly and intermitantly a month back. We called Harsha and the service man turns up and returns telling that there is no problem with it. It again stopped complete a week back and is unusable now. Have raised complaint with Harsha, KS Rao Road, Mangalore, more than 4 times. No one, Harsha or Whirlpool cares about the complaint. No one has turnes up till. Irrespective of Fridge being such a useful and critical appliance to conserve food, no one cares to have this issue fixed. I feel it has become a habit with all we Indians to tolerate. And these businesses to just make new costomers and money but least bothered about existing ones. All out there, Whirlpool is not such a good product as they claim and Harsha is not a very dealer to buy products from. Be Aware!!!
