I purchased a washing machine of Videocon make in October. The dryer of the machine has not been functioning for the last month and the service centre (Service Agent Mr. Sunil atAvas Vikas, Roorkee) is not attending the complaint. When he last visited the machine for its repair, he demanded Rs.1500/- for replacing the motor of the dryer. I informed him that the machine is under guarantee but he refused to attend the complaint and repair or replacement of the dryer moter. In this regard I have lodged my complaint at your site namely service@videoconmail on 15 April and complaint.com on 21, 25 and 26 April (Complaint No.167349). Also, the detailed complaint note with the request to arrange to attend it immediately was sent to the Vice President of Videocon on 24.4.08 by Registered. But left with no action till to date for replacing of the dryer motor.
