Bad customer Service by Croma

I have purchased croma split AC (Invoice no - SLF02A023020007472) on 10th May And got installation on next day. But it is not cooling from the first day. I have also complain to croma customer care and in greater noida croma store but till now i have not got any response. Bad customer Service by Croma.

Given laptop for servicing on 22nd june untill after 52 days I have not got my CROMA laptop in repaired condition which is in warranty period
