Hi,
I had booked my Tab in Jan and also had send a predated cheque to Datawind in Jan for which i have got a mail that they have received my cheque, I was assured that i will get my Tab in 1week, Since then i am continuously following up with them but every time i call they give a false commitment that by the end of the month we will get out Tab, This is happening from last 7months, The Customer Care don't respond to the calls properly either disconnect the call or put them on Hold, I regret that i trusted Data Wind and Booked a Tab, I had booked iot to gift my brother on his birthday in March but got ver dissappointed by the false commitmets.
Kindly need some help to get my Product ASAP .
