Non receipt of 1st & 2nd intem returns

I had purchased Two Certificate K-18304 & 305 on 04 Nov 1995. I have not received my 1st and 2nd interum Refund till date, So many time send Regd post to Aurangabad (Mah) and copy to head Office at chennai, but no any answer have been received by the Company.
