In few department stores like heritage fresh, cee dees in adyar, chennai, charging additional money for plastic carry bags. I asked why do you collect the amount separately? Their answer is Plastic carry bags are banned. Then I asked why do you issue plastic carry bags in chargeable way? Then their side 'no answer'. Sir, this is obsolutely consumer cheating. The banned plastic carry bags are now became a part of bussiness item. Please take action and prevent it. I am ready to pay for degradable paper carry bags.
