0n 17/12 I visited easy day Patiala store actually we are planning to buy some kids garment as 50% discount shown in front gate of easy bay we turned to the mall. after 1hour search we selected apples around RS 2000 and reach to billing counter as I have some bad experience in past I noted down the amount of discount on 02 shirts as conformed by the scale person on the shirt sale counter that if u buy two shirt you will get two type of discount on 25% on total amount and additional 200 RS is total amount is more then 1000.
on sale counter of Patiala easy day store counter number 8 the counter boy unable to give discount then he called other counter boy discount is given to me and refuse to give discount on kids garments I tolled number of time to cash counterman that I picked this garment where big display is there clearly showing 50% discount then some other lady come to the counter and after pressing some keys said that on shirts we can give you discount
To resolve the problem I try to contact some senior person so problem can be resolved waited for some contacted on help disk nothing happen. No senior manager is available my hole day is wasted
They are making us fool be care full normally we purchase number of item and not insured the amount and specially discount
