Poor Service

Bought new Trendy Xeon model few months back. It worked for 2 months and stopped. When I registered complaint, I was told the motor need to be changed. After multiple followups they took to instrument to the factory and told the cable also need to be changed and there is no stock of cable. It has been 2 months no response. Also the service person who took the machine did not give receipt, promising that he would return it on the next day but weeks have gone... What a poor service and unprofessional practice...?!
